In the wordmark, one letter is set apart from the others. Among many, one is chosen. It is the whole business in a single character.
The philosophy
Recruitment drifted toward volume because volume is easy to measure. We think the only measure that matters is whether, a year later, both the employer and the person are glad it happened.
So we work like an executive search firm rather than a staffing agency: fewer clients, fewer searches, more time on each one. We turn down roles we can't serve well. We tell clients our doubts about a candidate and candidates our doubts about a role.
