The Beslect Seal

Our signature on a person.

The seal is a fine double ring around a serif B. It sits on our stationery and it sits on every candidate we present — because presenting someone is the moment we put our name on the line.

A mark of quality

A score, and the reasoning behind it.

Every candidate we evaluate receives a written assessment with a score held inside the seal. It is not a rating scraped from a test — it is our conclusion after the interviews, the verification and the reference calls, recorded so that you can argue with it. Where we have doubts, the assessment says so.

What we verify

Identity and history
Employment dates, titles and responsibilities confirmed at the source.
References
Spoken references with people who managed the candidate directly.
Craft
A structured, role-specific interview run by someone who understands the work.
English
Assessed in conversation against the actual communication the role demands.
Motivation
Why this move, why now, and what would make them stay for years.
